We required 50% deposit for direct bookings and full payment upon check in. Payment link will be emailed to you after we received your booking.

 

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of more than 14 days before check in date will get full refund
Cancellation within 14 days before check in date will incur 50% penalty
Cancellation within 7 days before check in date will incur 100% penalty

Guests can use Success Gym which is located 5 minute walk from Alpha. Please get discounted Gym Pass at the Reception which will be charged to your room.

 

SPA (Closed until further notice)

We just opened our in house spa called alSpa by Alpha Gay Resort. You can choose your massage or treatment from our Spa Menu in our website under Services and book via WhatsApp.
 
SWIMMING POOL / POOL BAR
In house guests only can use the pool area 24 hours. Strictly no outside food and drinks are allowed in the pool area before 8PM. Clothing is optional strictly at the pool area only. Sexual activity anywhere in the resort except in your room is prohibited under Thai Law and will close down the resort.

 

HAIRDRYER
Hair dryer is available at the reception only. If you need one, please send a WhatsApp message.
 
TELEVISION
Since we are on an island, the reception of satellite TV channels are not great in some rooms. So we provide the TV in some rooms with gay related movies, documentaries, video blogs about Samui and music videos. Just press SOURCE or INPUT from the remote control then USB.
 
TOILET
Please do not throw paper towels or sanitary items in the toilet as this causes blockage. We kindly ask you to use the bin provided. For strict compliance.

 

HOT WATER
Alpha does everything in its power to provide consistent hot water however, it is an island, and whilst brand new plumbing has been installed throughout the resort, the water pressure isn’t consistent and sometimes causes the water heater to trip and stop working.

 

HOUSEKEEPING
A towel hanging up means “I will use again"
A towel on the floor means “Please exchange"
If you want us to clean your room, please put the sign MAKE UP ROOM outside your door before 4pm. After 4pm, the room will be cleaned the next day. Please note that we change linens every 3 days unless needed.

 

ROOM KEY
We charge 500.00 baht for lost or damaged room keys.
 
LAUNDRY
We provided all rooms with laundry bags. If you want us to do your laundry, please bring the bag to the reception or WhatsApp us for pickup in your room. We charge 100 baht per kilo within 24 hours and 200 baht per kilo for the same day express.
 
CAR & MOTORBIKE RENTAL
Please WhatsApp us if you want to rent a car or motorbike. Motorbike is 300 baht for 24 hours and we will not take your passport. If you rent outside, they will take your passport.
 
DRINKING WATER
Your room is provided with 2 free bottled waters per person every day. If you need more, please WhatsApp us and we will refill your empty bottles for free. We discourage drinking the tap water but you can boil it for coffee or tea.
 
SMOKING
A deep cleaning fee of 2,000 baht will be charged to any guest who is found to be smoking in the room. Guests may smoke anywhere except in bedrooms, receptions, spa and other air-conditioned rooms.
 
IN ROOM SAFE BOX
Every room is provided with a safe. On top of it is the detailed steps on how to operate it. If you forgot the code, the safe will keep on beeping after the 3rd failed try. Please WhatsApp us if you need assistance.
 
IMPORTANT POLICIES

• We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Resort if, in our reasonable opinion, the guest disrupts the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Resort, or cause offense to other guests or our members of staff.

• Any valuable items (i.e. money, electronic devices) brought into the Resort are your own risk therefore, we shall not be held responsible nor liable for the damage or loss of these items.

• All items and furniture in your room are the property of the Resort. We therefore reserve the right to charge you for the full replacement cost for any item or piece of furniture removed from your room. If you, or any member of your party, damage any bedding or linen, we reserve the right to charge you for specialist cleaning.

• The Resort is exclusive to adult men only therefore, you can only meet your female guests at the reception. For your safety, all outside male guests should register at the lobby or guard house if the lobby is closed with extra charge if the guest spends the night in your room.
